Tony is made out of Oscha Victoriana Volt fabric. He has felt eyes, is stuffed with mulesing free German merino wool and he also has a special pocket to hold something small. The pocket features some cute turtle stitching too, as a bonus detail. I have resized the pattern to 75% and that means I wouldn’t put pajamas in the pocket now (too small) but it was very useful to have done a tester first, as usual, because there are always things to change and improve.
He doesn’t feature the shield ‘border’ as officially dictated by the pattern (other renditions of this pattern do have it) and he’s smaller (75% size) than the official pattern. That means you definitely won’t be able to fit pajama’s in his pocket, but he will take care of your A5 or A6 notebook without hesitation.
Tony has also been played with by my daughter (however he’s in excellent condition). As such he’s available at a discount.
He measures 40cm long from the tip of his ‘nose’ to the tip of his tail. He’s 30cm wide (from flipper to flipper) and about 12cm high.
